Superb Stay Right in the Heart of It All!!!

This was my first time using self-check-in. It proved straightforward. I suggest doing it beforehand for ease. The room felt more like a small apartment. It had a big TV in the spacious bedroom. The dining and kitchen area also had a balcony, despite the pigeons! The location cannot be beaten. It is just a short walk to many important places.

The shower pressure wasn't great. It wasn't terrible, but I have been lucky recently with showers on my trips. I am just being picky.

The hotel is superbly located only ten minutes from the main train station and one minute from the Heumarkt. Altermarkt is five steps away, and the Heumarkt Metro station is only three minutes away. That takes you to all corners of the city.

My room's vibe was really cool, and the room was very clean. Music played in the public areas. I had a room on the side of the road that leads to a popular square. With the window closed, I did not hear a thing, great.

the self check-in was simple (it saved me time). my room was spacious. it included a large tv and a dining and kitchen area. the hotel's location is excellent, only a short walk from the main train station and close to popular squares, a wonderful espresso machine was there. the bed was comfortable.

the room faced a road leading to a square, it would be nice to better soundproof this room, because there was constant outside noise even with the windows closed.

the hotel location felt quite amazing. it was right in the center, everything was at my feet. the self check in process felt easy too and the instructions were very clear to me.

there wasnt any staff at the hotel. i forgot my cellphone charger and couldn't get it back. the floors seems they need replacement in some spots and i see some water damages.

The pillows provided were of poor quality. Requesting more proved fruitless as i was told none were available due to the hotel being fully booked.

The self check-in process became a real headache. i had problems with the app and spent a long time trying to get it to work. It didn't feel safe. it definitely needs some attention. this.
